In response to the growing concern over crime and violence in school communities, particularly recent shooting incidents reported in various educational institutions, the 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐒𝐀𝐒) 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 conducted a 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 today for our college students.
Today, the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 – 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 conducted a caravan among the students of 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. (𝐒𝐂𝐌𝐁𝐓), focusing on 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐜 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐏𝐑.

In a collaborative effort to promote inclusivity, resilience, and preparedness, students from the College and Senior High School departments of Southwestern College of Maritime, Business and Technology Inc. joined forces for a comprehensive Basic Life Support (BLS) Training held at SCMBT Annex Covered Court.
