ADMISSION PROCEDURES

This policy applies to all old students seeking to continue their studies at the institution. He/she must follow the following procedure.

1. Secure Clearance

  • Students must obtain clearance from all relevant departments or offices, such as the library, laboratory, and accounting, to ensure that all previous obligations have been settled.

2. Log in Student Portal

  • Log in on the student information system (SIS).

3. Physical Examination

  • Students must undergo a physical examination to assess their health status and eligibility for academic activities.

4. Grades Evaluation

  • Grades from the previous semester/year will be evaluated to determine eligibility for enrollment and to identify any academic requirements or restrictions.

5. Pay Enrollment Fees

  • Confirm your enrollment by paying the tuition fee and other required fees.

  • Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., online banking, e-wallet) to pay the enrollment fees

6. Enlistment of Subjects and Enlistment Approval

  • Registering subjects for courses to be taken in a particular academic term.

7. Generate Certificate of Registration

  • Upon successful completion of the enrollment process, students will generate a Certificate of Registration thru their portal.

  • Students will sign the other copy of Certificate of Registration as record’s copy and for filing.

  • The certificate will indicate the student's enrolled subjects, fees paid, and other relevant information.

8. Validation of ID

  • Student identification cards will be validated to ensure accuracy and to facilitate access to campus facilities and services.
