ADMISSION PROCEDURES

 

(Freshmen)


 
 
 

1. Access the Portal and Create an Account

  • Go to the official website of the school or institution. (www.scmbt.edu.ph)

  • Look for a section labeled "REGISTER NOW"

  • Click on the link to access the student application portal.

  • Provide your email address, create a strong password, and follow any other required steps.

2. Start the Online Application

  • Once logged in, you may begin filling out the online application form.

3. Fill Out Online Application Form and Pre-evaluation of Admission Requirements

  • Personal Information

  • Address

  • Educational Background

  • Upload Required Documents such as:

    • School Form 9 / High School Card

    • Good Moral Certificate

    • Original PSA Birth Certificate

    • 1x1 ID Picture

4. Entrance Exam

  • Take the admission test and get the test result.

5. Physical Examination (School Clinic)

  • Visit the school clinic for the physical exam.

  • Submit medical exam.

6. Pay Enrollment Fees

  • Confirm your enrollment by paying the tuition fee and other required fees.

  • Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., online banking, e-wallet) to pay the enrollment fees.

7. Submit Hard copy of Admission Requirements & Enlistment of Subjects

  • Submit the required Entry Requirements mentioned above

  • Registering subjects for courses to be taken in a particular academic term.

8. Generate Certificate of Registration

  • Upon successful completion of the enrollment process, students will generate a Certificate of Registration thru their portal.

  • Students will sign the other copy of Certificate of Registration as record’s copy and for filing purposes.

  • The certificate will indicate the student's enrolled subjects, fees paid, and other relevant information.

9. Creation of LMS Account (Microsoft Teams)

  • Provide LMS Account to student
