๐๐ก ๐ฃ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฆ | Southwestern College of Maritime, Business and Technology Inc. continues to promote patriotism, discipline, and unity within its academic community through the regular conduct of its monthly flag ceremony every first Monday of the month.
The institutional gathering brings together the top management, faculty members, staff, and students to pay respect to the Philippine flag and reaffirm their commitment to nationalism, responsibility, and service.
As part of its established institutional practice, the flag ceremony includes an opening prayer, the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, the recitation of the institutionโs Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO) and Core Values, and a message from the top management. These activities serve as reminders of the institutionโs guiding principles and its collective responsibility to uphold its standards and values.
Through the consistent implementation of this monthly activity, the institution reinforces its commitment to holistic education, recognizing that academic and professional development must go hand in hand with the formation of responsible, disciplined, and patriotic citizens.
