March 9, 2024, OMNHS Calapan hosted a significant event as Tesda Mimaropa, in collaboration with industry partners, formalized a Memorandum of Agreement. Embracing its role in the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair, the TESDA not only offered a diverse range of beverages and pastries but, more notably, provided essential examination services for individuals aspiring to join Tesda programs.

As part of this inclusive initiative, attendees also received valuable resources. The Southwestern College of Maritime, Business and Technology played a key role, contributing to Tesda's mission of advancing skill development and vocational education, fostering opportunities for the region's workforce and communities.
