CORON, PALAWAN — Representatives from higher education institutions across the region convened on August 19–20, 2026, for the 19th Annual Association of Higher Education Institutional Registrars in MIMAROPA (AHEIRIM) Conference. Focused on the theme "Leveraging Innovations and Technology for Enhanced Registrar’s Services," the two-day event highlighted digital transformation strategies and regulatory updates aimed at modernizing academic record management and administrative workflows.
Among the key attendees representing Southwestern College of Maritime, Business and Technology Inc. (SCMBT) were Dr. Marivic D. Fernandez, Ms. Lerma P. Agleron, and Ms. Princes Jhoy G.
