23rd FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY I Southwestern College of Maritime, Business, and Technology, Inc. officially marked its 23rd Founding Anniversary with a vibrant motorcade participated in by the top management, teaching and non-teaching staffs, and students, together with the SCMBT mascot and marching band.
The procession proudly rolled from the SCMBT Annex Building to Sto. Niño Cathedral, celebrating 23 years of excellence, unity, and service.
